Processing Times

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Area

Natology currently ships within the United States only.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for $8.00.

Free Standard Shipping

Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery estimates shown at checkout are provided as estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside Natology’s reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier may be outside Natology’s direct control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer using the contact information supplied during checkout.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact Natology as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to Natology because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, or another issue not caused by Natology, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests reshipment.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact Natology as soon as possible with your order information. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
